We are seeking an experienced SEO Executive to lead and execute advanced SEO strategies that drive high-quality organic traffic, improve search rankings, and increase conversions across digital properties. The role requires strong analytical skills, technical SEO expertise, and hands-on experience with modern SEO tools and practices.
π§ Key Responsibilities:
π Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with business goals
- Perform advanced keyword research, competitor analysis, and gap analysis using tools like Ahrefs and SEMrush
- Identify growth opportunities in content, backlinks, and technical SEO
π§© On-Page & Content Optimization
- Optimize landing pages, blogs, and website structure for search engines
- Work closely with content teams to create SEO-friendly content strategies
- Implement schema markup and structured data
π Off-Page SEO & Link Building
- Lead high-quality backlink acquisition campaigns
- Build relationships for guest posting, PR, and outreach
- Monitor backlink profile and disavow toxic links
βοΈ Technical SEO
- Conduct in-depth technical audits (crawl errors, indexing, Core Web Vitals)
- Improve site speed, mobile usability, and architecture
- Work with developers to fix technical issues
π Analytics & Reporting
- Track and analyze performance using Google Analytics and Google Search Console
- Prepare detailed SEO reports and present insights to stakeholders
- Monitor KPIs like rankings, traffic, CTR, and conversions
π’ Collaboration
- Coordinate with marketing, content, and development teams
- Align SEO with paid campaigns (e.g., Google Ads) and overall digital strategy
π§ Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of advanced SEO concepts (technical SEO, entity SEO, E-E-A-T, Core Web Vitals)
- Hands-on experience with tools like Screaming Frog SEO Spider, Moz
- Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript for SEO
- Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, etc.)
- Strong analytical mindset with data interpretation skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
π Education & Experience:
- Bachelorβs degree in Marketing, IT, or related field
- 2β5+ years of proven SEO experience
- Demonstrated success in improving rankings and organic growth
π KPIs / Success Metrics:
- Growth in organic traffic & revenue
- Keyword ranking improvements (Top 3 / Top 10 positions)
- Conversion rate from organic channels
- Backlink quality (DA/DR improvements)
- Technical SEO health score
