ABC Co. is a provider and aggregator of high-end architectural and real estate photography services. They had bases in the UK and France and had years of experience in real estate visual promotion and HDR photography. The client approached us for a generation of high-quality virtual tours to tap into new markets in New Zealand.

The Challenge

The client had a requirement to process and sends photographs within 72 hours as per their previous engagement with an agency and wanted us to follow the same pattern. We had a series of rounds of consultation with the client and identified the following challenges:

• Time zone difference in the working hours so that we got lesser time to work and make the submissions.
• The client photographed 10 properties daily with 20 photographs each, which had to be handled.

Process and Insight

CoTasks Photo editors’ team started with the appointment of three dedicated editors with a lead editor to quality check the images. We collated all the pictures for different properties as sent by the client to create Virtual Tours for real estate using VR app development services and other software.

The Solution

We planned to edit 200 photos in a short period of 72 hours. Our editors customized introduced changes in the wall colors of the rooms, adding accessories, and modifying light levels to customize the interior and exterior elements of the images. We used licensed image editing software to introduce 3D modeling to simulate room visualizations. We took the services of our developers for a fully digital (3D) walkthrough and one of our 3D artists to create the models and related effects.

The Results

With dedicated efforts of our team, we were able to send the required number of photos as requested by the client. We ensured 100% quality and customer satisfaction. The client was pleased with our on-time delivery and schedule adherence. We managed to get a further contract for photo and video editing from the client.
