• Definitions: “You” or “User” refers to any natural or legal person registering on or using cotasks.com, including unregistered users. “We,” “us,” or “our” refers to CoTask IT Solutions.

Introduction

• CoTask IT Solutions owns cotasks.com under the provisions of the Information Technology Act, 2000. CoTask does not own all products or services offered unless explicitly stated.
• This platform integrates with Amazon’s Selling Partner API to provide services for Amazon sellers. CoTask IT Solutions is an independent tool for Amazon sellers and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Amazon.

Usage

• Eligibility: Use of cotasks.com is restricted to persons competent to contract under applicable United Arab Emirates laws. Minors (under 21) may not register or transact unless through a parent or guardian. CoTask may remove minor users and delete their accounts upon notice.
• User Conduct: Users may not
  • Share unlicensed third-party information.
  • Post harmful, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or unlawful content.
  • Harm minors.
  • Infringe intellectual property rights.
  • Violate laws.
  • Mislead about message origins or share offensive content.
  • Impersonate others.
  • Spread viruses or harmful programs.
  • Threaten the UAE’s security, sovereignty, or public order.

Communications

• By using cotasks.com or contacting CoTask, you consent to receiving responses and periodic communications via email, voice calls, or other electronic means.

Services

• Platform: Cotasks.com offers marketing-related services (Digital marketing, PPC, social media and marketplace management etc) controlled by CoTask. All contracts are bipartite between CoTask and the User.
• Commercial Terms: Pricing, payment methods, terms, and service delivery are agreed solely between CoTask and Users.
• No Warranties: CoTask makes no representations or warranties about services or user characteristics (e.g., legal title, creditworthiness).
• Third-Party Actions: CoTask is not responsible for third-party actions or payments made outside cotasks.com’s systems.
• CoTask’s Rights:
  • Stop providing cotasks.com or its features at its discretion.
  • Disable account access, preventing users from accessing offerings or account details.
  • Modify or discontinue cotasks.com features at any time.

Security

• User Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining password confidentiality and all activities under your account.
• Data Breach: CoTask is not liable for damages from unauthorized access to your credentials due to a database breach.
• Unauthorized Use: Notify CoTask immediately at contact@cotasks.com if you suspect unauthorized account use.

Disclaimer

• As-Is Basis: Services on cotasks.com are provided “as is” without warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a purpose, or non-infringement.
• No Guarantees: CoTask does not guarantee:
  • Services will meet your requirements.
  • Uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free use.
  • Accuracy or reliability of information obtained.
• No Implied Warranties: No advice or information from CoTask creates warranties not expressly stated.

Content

• Intellectual Property: All content, including advertisements, is protected by intellectual property rights owned by CoTask or its sponsors. Users may not modify, sell, or create derivative works without written consent.
• User Content: Users are solely responsible for content they create or share. CoTask is not liable for liabilities arising from user content.
• Objectionable Content: Users must report offensive content to CoTask, which will remove it per applicable law.
• Third-Party Links: CoTask is not liable for losses from third-party sites or resources linked on cotasks.com.

Privacy

• Data Protection: CoTask protects user information per the Information Technology Act, 2000, and its Rules. Review the Privacy Policy on cotasks.com. If you object to data use, refrain from using the site and contact CoTask at contact@cotasks.com.

Indemnity

• You shall indemnify CoTask, its affiliates, and officers against claims, demands, or penalties due to your breach of these Terms, Policies, or violation of laws or third-party rights, including intellectual property.

Limitation of Liability

Termination

Disputes

• Governing Law: These Terms and disputes are governed by UAE laws, with exclusive jurisdiction in Dubai courts, subject to arbitration.
• Arbitration: Disputes will be resolved under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, in Dubai, in English, with three arbitrators (one chosen by each party, the third jointly appointed).
